**1. INTRODUCTION**

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the InversionAI website located at inversionai.co.uk and all associated services, products and content (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the Service.

**2. ABOUT US**

InversionAI is a digital product business registered in England and Wales. We sell AI generated fashion photography image packs for commercial and editorial use. For enquiries contact hello@inversionai.co.uk.

**3. ELIGIBILITY**

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from InversionAI. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

**4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION**

To purchase from InversionAI you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@inversionai.co.uk if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

**5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT**

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. InversionAI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancelled order a full refund will be issued.

**6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY**

All products sold by InversionAI are digital downloads. Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing a secure download link. Download links are also accessible from your account dashboard. InversionAI accepts no responsibility for failure to receive download emails caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses or third party email service issues.

**7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY**

All Images sold by InversionAI remain the intellectual property of InversionAI at all times. Purchase of an image pack constitutes a licence to use the Images as set out in our Commercial Licence Agreement and does not transfer ownership or copyright. All website content including design, text, graphics and code is the property of InversionAI and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

**8. ACCEPTABLE USE**

You agree not to use the Service to engage in any unlawful activity, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, to transmit any harmful or malicious code, to scrape or harvest data from the website, or to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.

**9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES**

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind either express or implied. InversionAI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

**10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**

To the fullest extent permitted by law InversionAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of any product. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

The Service uses third party payment processing via PayPal. InversionAI accepts no responsibility for the practices, policies or performance of any third party service provider.

InversionAI reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
