This policy explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, and related rights, in compliance with UK consumer law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.1. Digital Content Nature & Immediate DeliveryAll products on inversionai.co.uk are digital downloads (high-resolution image packs delivered instantly via download link or email upon successful payment). Once you start downloading or access the files, the digital content is considered supplied and consumed.2. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period) – Important Exception for Digital DownloadsUnder the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts (online purchases) and receive a full refund without giving a reason.However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as our downloadable image packs):You lose your right to cancel once the download begins or the files are accessed.
At checkout, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that starting the download waives your 14-day cancellation right.
By proceeding with the purchase and consenting to this, you agree that no cancellation or refund will be available simply because you changed your mind after accessing the files.
